though this was technically still part of our Lexington vacation, this was the day we departed, stopping by the selection of tacky attractions that are centered around Natural Bridge on Virgina Route 11. the threatening, overcast skies added to the sad state of some of the "attractions".
It wasn't clear if there was a consistent theme.
The setting, along what is otherwise a fairly rural route, added to the surreal nature of the place.
Remnants of random items from giant bugs to foam blocks littered the property.
