i was born in london in 1966 and have lived in the Washington DC area since 1987. i've been a keen photographer for as long as i can remember.

- collections -
my photographs are hanging in dozens of private collections as well as in one public collection: four of my photographs were purchased by the DC Government's Art Bank for their permanent collection. those photographs are currently on display as part of the DC City Hall Art Collection

- publications -
my images have been published on various news websites, such as DCist where i am a pool photographer and photo editor, nowpublic, the Loudon Connection, Crystal Palace USA and the New Colonist, and in physical publications including the Washington Post, Washington Post Express, Washingtonian Magazine and Washington Life Magazine.

- sports -
i am the official photographer for two sports organizations: Crystal Palace Football Club USA and the DC Rollergirls.

- travel -
some of my photographs were included in the 2006 edition of the Bradt Travel Guide to Ethiopia.

i have donated my photographic services to local non-profits such as the Washington Animal Rescue League, Community of Hope, Scottie's Place and DC Scores.

all images are available for direct purchase from this website for personal use (P), either as digital downloads or as limited edition prints - all editions are limited to a combined total of 50 of an image printed at any size smaller than 16" x 24". for prints 16" x 24" or larger, the edition is limited to a combined total of 20 prints of an image. some images are available for purchase under a commercial license agreement (C). clicking the "buy this photo" button will show which options are available for any individual photograph.
